Listen to the podcast not looking into the text. Try to hear and understand the maximum you can. The goal is to get acquainted with the material.

Listen to the audio again at least 4 times:
1. One time not looking into the text
2. One time looking into Russian transcript
3. Two times not looking into the text trying to understand everything aurally

You may increase the amount of times for each type of listening till the moment you finally understand everything aurally.

Listen and repeat after the speaker. You may look into the Russian text in the beginning, but try to do this exercise without using text support. You may also practice repeating the text with the speaker imitating his intonation.

We strongly recommend not to rush and not to make all these steps at one day. Do everything step by step and let your brain to form new neural connections. The learning process may be quite difficult in the beginning, but give yourself some time to get used to it and the results will come.
